Please provide EA# (Exchange Authority Number) with an exchange form filled out.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days.
- Items may only be exchanged with a valid Exchange Authority Number (EA#) and return form. Please email email@example.com to obtain EA# please include your name, order number, date of purchase and reason for return.
- Exchanges must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks etc.
- If your exchange does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost.
- Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns / exchange on Sale Items.We do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Wisteria Boutique.
- Wisteria Boutique does not offer refunds on change of mind. We are happy to exchange item if size is incorrect or issue a credit note.
- We are happy to exchange your item within 14 days. Please include the returns form with the required information. Please send your parcel via Australia Post to Wisteria Boutique.
Refunds are only granted if there is a manufacturer fault on garment, that can not be replace or fixed. In this situation, it is determined by Wisteria Boutique Online.
